Collector License Plates
Collectors may purchase samples of Utah license plates, by visiting the Motor Vehicle Portal, and pay any applicable fees. Collector plates are samples intended exclusively for display purposes; They are not legally authorized for use on motor vehicles traveling on public roads or highways.
