About This Plate
Support Special Group
This plate benefits organizations that create support programs that affect women and children through an organization affiliated with the National Professional Men’s Basketball organization. This plate generates funds in support of these programs and is available to any person who desires to make the required contribution. The plate may be personalized with up to 5 alphanumeric characters by submitting form TC-817, Application for Personalized and Replacement License Plates with the required personalization fee.
Requirements
- $20.50 Special Plate Fee
- $25 Initial Contribution
- $25 Annual Contribution
- $7.75 Postage and Handling

- By mail – please submit a copy of your current registration, any documentation required for the special plate, a check that includes the cost of the special plate plus $7.75 for postage to:
