About This Plate
Support Special Group
This plate benefits the Boy Scouts of America councils in Utah as they strive to help young men achieve high standards of character, citizenship, and fitness. This plate generates funds to directly support councils in Utah in developing these programs and is available to any person who desires to make the required contribution. This plate may be personalized with up to five alphanumeric characters by submitting TC-817, Application for Personalized and Replacement License Plates with the required personalization fee. Not available for motorcycles.
Requirements
- $20.50 Special Plate Fee
- $25 Initial Contribution
- $25 Annual Contribution
- $7.75 Postage and Handling

- Or by mail – please submit a copy of your current registration, any documentation required for the special plate, a check that includes the cost of the special plate plus $7.75 for postage to:
