About This Plate
Honor Special Group
This plate benefits the Utah Department of Veterans Affairs as it strives to protect the rights of and provide for the needs of Utah’s veterans. The veteran does not need to be disabled to obtain this plate. This plate indicates the campaign or theater a veteran served in. This plate may be personalized with up to five alphanumeric characters. Not available for motorcycles.
Requirements
- $20.50 Special Plate Fee
- $25 Initial Contribution
- $10 Annual Contribution
- $7.75 Postage and Handling
- Letter from the Utah Department of Veterans Affairs indicating the plate purchaser is eligible for this plate.
Obtaining this Plate

- Or by mail – please submit a copy of your current registration, any documentation required for the special plate, a check that includes the cost of the special plate plus $7.75 for postage to:
