Support Special Group
The Humanitarian Service and Educational and Cultural Exchange Support plate benefits programs that create or support humanitarian service and educational and cultural exchange programs. This plate generates funds used in support of youth leadership programs, community service projects, non-profit youth exchange programs, and high school and college service clubs. It is available to any person who desires to make the required contribution. This plate may be personalized with up to 5 alphanumeric characters by submitting TC-817, Application for Personalized and Replacement License Plates with the required personalization fee.
Requirements:
- $20.50 Special Plate Fee
- $25 Initial Contribution
- $25 Annual Contribution
- $7.75 Postage and Handling
Obtaining this Plate
This is a centrally distributed license plate. Once ordered, it will be mailed from the Utah State Tax Commission.
