About This Plate
Support Special Group
This plate benefits the Utah Alliance of Boys and Girls Clubs as it provides support systems for children throughout the state and helps children realize and achieve their full potential. This plate generates funds to assist the development of programs benefitting Utah children and is available to any person who desires to make the required contribution. This plate may be personalized with up to five alphanumeric characters. Not available for motorcycles.

Obtaining this Plate

- Or by mail – please submit a copy of your current registration, any documentation required for the special plate, and a check that includes the cost of the special plate (plate fee + any contribution) to:
