ATVs and Dirt Bikes
Every off-highway vehicle operated or transported in Utah must be registered. Off-highway vehicles that are 1988 or newer must also be titled. Each off-highway vehicle owner must pay a registration fee at the time of initial registration and annually thereafter. Uniform fees also apply.

- Form TC-656, Application for Utah Title and Registration. Please note, all owners listed on the application are required to provide government-issued identification.
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) inspections, if being titled in Utah for the first time. See Form TC-661, Certificate of Inspection. (New vehicles sold by a Utah dealer are exempt)

Note: License plates are required for all vehicles used for off-highway except motorcycles, snowmobiles and implements of husbandry.
