Campers
A camper is defined as any structure designed, used, and maintained primarily to be mounted on or affixed to a motor vehicle that contains a floor and is designed to provide a mobile dwelling, sleeping place, commercial space, or facilities for human habitation or for camping.

Requirements for Titling
- Title Requirements
- Form TC-656, Application for Utah Title and Registration. Please note, all owners listed on the application are required to provide government-issued identification.
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) inspections, if being titled in Utah for the first time. See Form TC-661, Certificate of Inspection. (New vehicles sold by a Utah dealer are exempt)

A vehicle with a camper mounted must have the camper currently registered and the current camper decal affixed. There is not a fee for a camper registration. However, property fees must be paid as part of the registration transaction. Campers with the model year 2015 and newer require a title to be issued.
