About This Plate
Support Special Group
This plate benefits the Division of Wildlife Resources as it works for the conservation of wildlife and the protection and preservation of wildlife habitat in Utah. This plate generates funds in support of these programs and is available to any person who desires to make the required contribution. This plate may be personalized with up to five alphanumeric characters. Not available for motorcycles.

- At any DMV office location
- Or by mail – please submit a copy of your current registration, any documentation required for the special plate, and a check that includes the cost of the special plate (plate fee + any contribution) to:
