About This Plate
Support Special Group
This plate not only shows pride in Utah Valley University (UVU), but also generates funds in support of the University. The contributions made from this plate are deposited into the school’s scholarship fund and provide scholarships to UVU students each year. This plate is available to any person who desires to make the required contribution. This plate may be personalized with up to 5 alphanumeric characters by submitting TC-817, Application for Personalized and Replacement License Plates with the required personalization fee.

- $20.50 Special Plate Fee
- $25 Initial Contribution
- $25 Annual Contribution
- $7.75 Postage and Handling
