Recognition Special Group
This plate is to recognize the Utah Wing of Civil Air Patrol and is available to any person making a request. This plate may be personalized with up to five alphanumeric characters. This plate is not available for motorcycles.
Requirements
- No Initial Contribution
- No Annual Contribution
- $20.50 Special Plate Fee
- $7.75 Postage and Handling
Obtaining this Plate

- Or by mail – please submit a copy of your current registration, any documentation required for the special plate, a check that includes the cost of the special plate plus $7.75 for postage to:
