About This Plate
Support Special Group
This plate benefits the Utah Department of Veterans’ and Military Affairs as it strives to protect the rights of and provide for the needs of Utah’s veterans. This plate generates funds to be used in support of these efforts and is available to any person who desires to make the required contribution. This plate may be personalized with up to five alphanumeric characters, or up to four for motorcycles.
Requirements
- $25 Initial Contribution
- $10 Annual Contribution

*If ordering a Commercial set, please add an additional $2.50 to fees listed above.

- Or by mail – please submit a copy of your current registration, any documentation required for the special plate, and a check that includes the cost of the special plate (plate fee + any contribution) to:
